Dear Friends,
You are probably wondering what the heck is going on. Why would someone just give away blogs, hours of audio and video training, hundreds of articles, ready to copy marketing materials, an amazing contact manager and give you free access to one of the most sought after private forums and communities in the real estate industry? The answer is simple. Because we can. Oh and we also have a big hairy audacious goal to develop the largest community of real estate professionals nationwide whose purpose is to mastermind, network and discuss marketing strategies that will help the members of the community dominate their markets.
But we aren't a group of talkers, we are doers and we are looking for more doers to join us in the BusyAgentPro (BAP) community. We aren't some start up company, our founder has been in the real estate business for over 14 years where he has sold over a 1/2 a "B"illion dollars in real estate, over 2,300 transactions and the real estate training business for over 12 years. He has created and developed many revolutionary and proprietary systems that are now common practice in the industry today.
The good news is that thanks to all of our loyal members and friends we have met over the years, we have a huge head start on meeting that big hairy audacious goal of developing the largest community online dedicated to marketing your real estate business. We already have one of the most successful (private) forums anywhere online with over 17,000 "real" posts about marketing your real estate business. That forum is growing each and every day and we want you to be apart of the BAP community, but only if you act quickly. We are very selective about who we allow into our community and the window of opportunity will not be open forever. It's free right now, if you qualify by being a positive success minded person and have a burning desire.

Greeting everyone.. I wanted to start a discussion about the Best Real Estate CRM system in existence (BAP) and also get some input on features that members may not know exist in the system. We also want as much input from the entire BAP Community on adding the features you think would make BAP even better.
There's no mistaking my bias as a co founder of BAP but there simply is nothing even remotely close out there that integrates all the tools and systems into one cohesive and powerful...

Although I like BAP's CRM fairly well, I am looking for a program that will allow me to do several things I can't (or have not figured out how) to do with the BAP desktop.
First, I want to be able to export names and addresses from my daily drip campaigns to a .csv file I can upload to Click2Send. Second, I want a record of each email, phone call, letter, etc. that I send to a given contact. Third, I don't want to give up any of the neat things that BAP does like automatically...

My phone rings daily with the same question, "Marc, I can't afford my house and I have no equity, what do I do?"
Well, there are several options available to you. The main thing is to take action! 60% of North San Diego Homeowners, and all homeowners for that matter, will do nothing. This leads directly to a foreclosure!!! A proactive plan of action can often times help keep a homeowner in his home!!
It's important to note, that 80% of homeowners want to KEEP their home, so you must make some...

Today's award winner goes to a very special listing agent on a short sale. I mean special as in the banana seat on their bike kinda way.
I get a call from one of the banks I work for to do an interior BPO on a house for a short sale. I call the listing agent to set up my appointment and he wants my e-mail address to send me a file. I'm use to this by now. They like to send me the hardship letters, a few comps to use and tell me what the offer is. I look everything over and I try to...

O.K., you may think this is just another sales gimmick to try and drum up some business, and I guess, in a way, it is.
But I really want to start a dialogue with you about your take on buying a home. I mean, I want to talk to you if you're thinking about buying a home in Central Virginia right now, but are a little nervous, still on the fence. Or, I want to get your feedback if you’ve decided to throw in the towel and rent rather than buy. Is your...
