Marketing Plan:  Find out what each potential Realtor plans to do for you in terms of marketing your home, how they handle the sales and closing.  Make sure there is a specific plan for your house and find out what will be done to get it sold, in your time frame.

Because your home is usually one of your largest assets, do your homework and choose the best broker for your home.  The Realtor you choose should be knowledgeable, experienced and a good salesperson.  If they can sell themselves to you perhaps they are halfway to getting your home sold for you.
