GA commercial foreclosures - knowing how to spot a good deal

Everyone is searching for a deal in the GA commercial real estate market. The hunt is on for GA commercial foreclosures and also sellers in ga commercial pre-foreclosure situations.

What is often not talked about are GA commercial short sales. Unlike residential loans that banks have to write down once they start non-perfroming with GA commercial real estate loans banks can still show the loans  as performing even though the owners are behind on payments.

This makes GA commercial real estate banks more willing to do a GA commercial short sale workout on the loans in pre-foreclosure or let a new owner assume the debt. Big institutions focused on residential loans but most local and regional banks made GA commercial real estate loans. If just a few loans go over to the toxic asset side as foreclosures the FDIC can come in a shut them down.
