January 2010 Outer Banks MLS Statistics

There are currently 2,154 active residential listings in the Outer Banks MLS. This includes 181 potential short sales and 64 bank owned properties. There were 151 residential properties under contract including 22 potential short sales and 29 bank owned homes. The Outer Banks MLS recorded 85 closed transactions in January. 13 of the closed transactions were short sales and 18 were bank owned properties.
