Well March Break is upon us once again and we're expecting a lot of activity in the week ahead of us.  Buyers seem to be coming out in droves, and Orangeville is currently experiencing a seller's market, with the average number of days on market decreasing by35% over February 2009 and 45.5% fewer listings.  This means the shortage of houses currently listed for sale in Orangeville, plus the pent up buyer demand is leading to a fast market with multiple offer situations becoming the norm.  The number of sales in February increased by almost 67% over February 2009.
