Indianapolis area foreclosure in park-like historical setting
There is a very interesting former builder's model home currently being offered as a HUD Home in Noblesville, Indiana. It is located along the path of the uncompleted Central Canal that was to run north out of Indianapolis 170 years ago. This particular home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home built in 1997. It is being offered by HUD for $125,000, far less than what it sold for ten years ago as a builders model. Only bids from owner-ocupants are considered until Jan. 25, 2009. After that investors are permitted to bid.
This home is one of several features on a newly rework website about Indianapolis foreclosures and HUD Homes. It is intended to provide more than just a list of addresses. Instead it will give an inside look and description of some of the homes being made available by HUD.
The indyHud.com website is presented by Dan Rosenberger of the Real Estate Finders Team at Harvest Realty. You can reach Dan directly at 317-709-2537 to get started exploring the possibility of owning an Indianapolis foreclosed home or HUD Home.
