With Barrie's demographics quickly changing along with the city's growth, every year for the past 3 years I have been hosting a community festival called the Barrie Latin Festival. This community festival is used to showcase Barrie's infrastructure, developments and community services as well as its embrace of ethnic cultures.

The festival features a diverse entertaining program of music and dance along with a children's area, artesian crafts and authentic latin cooking.

It is during these winter months that the preparing starts, with the hunt for businesses wanting to sponsor  and/or participate in the event.

Real Estate for me has never been about "doing a job" , but about people, which is why running the festival has always brought me so much joy, and is my way of giving back to the community.
