Although all economic indicators show that we are treading on tough water, the Salt Lake City Real Estate Market pushes forward.  In the past 7 days Salt Lake City has posted the following results:

Newly listed   - 71 single family homes and 35 condominiums.

Under Contract - 30 Single family homes and 13 condos

Sold - 27 Single Family Homes and 13 Condos

Since inventory is not moving quite as fast as some would like, there are many "deals" to be had.  Also the number of short sales and foreclosures has increased just recently so call or email me for this list.
