As I drive everyday on my daily ventures conducting business, I continually see price reductions and a beginning of increase of sales.  I am beginning to see more SOLD signs being plastered everwhere.  Maybe it's just me, I seem to be swamped with buyers and sellers needing my professional advice, but then again, being busy and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel is a great feeling.  Buyers!  Don't wait another month to make that decision if you should by or not.  I am seeing accepted offers at $100,000 (and even more) less than asking prices.  Yes, some sellers are still living in 2007 prices, but there are still some sellers that are begging their realtor to bring any offer due to their circumstances.  This is where  I come in with having that knack for finding great properties at below market values.
