The government is considering coming out with new energy and tax incentives for the Atlanta commercial real estate market. One such program being considered is called "Building Star".

Building Star would allow Atlanta commercial real estate owners access to rebate programs for upgrading their properties to energy effecient systems.The program is also looking at giving low interest loans to small businesses and building owners who need them.
