Well, some people seem to continue to think Fairfax Virginia Real Estate market, including the Northern Virginia Area Real Estate Market of Fairfax County Virginia, Loudoun County Virginia, Prince William County Virginia, Arlington County Virginia, Alexandria Virginia, and surrounding Virginia counties, is slow or in a slump. I am hear to tell you that is not the case. The marke here is alive and thriving, infact sales have been increasing. Our local economy is broadly base and alive and strong - - you can't beat the Federal Government and Information as an economic base. The National media would have you beleive that the country is one step from a third world country. As hard as it may to believe excellent finiancing is still available in our area. This is a great time for buyers and investors because the bank owned properties are priced well and the banks are responding quickly. It is a great time for Sellers because the market is beginning to appreciate.
