Langley, White Rock and Surrey BC Realtor - A Full Service Realtor or Not...

What does this mean to you?  When you search for a realtor to use to represent your best interests, what do you look for?  Is it the amount of commission they will charge to get your home Sold?  How about if the realtor makes extremely high expectations for you and you are convinced that this realtor can get you a price that maybe unreasonable?  What kind of Services are you looking for from a realtor?  Are you looking for a realtor to place a sign on your lawn and submit your listing to MLS?  Or are you looking to have your realtor to exploit your property for all it's worth and to increase the demand of interest for you, ultimately dramatically increasing your chances that your home will sell?  If a realtor was to only spend a couple hundred dollars because you decided to use a realtor that offers low commission, do you expect your property to get noticed?

If you are looking for a realtor that offers Services and complete Communication through the process of selling your home, pick up the phone and call me to compare my services with that of other realtors you want to interview.  Once you have seen what the others have to offer, you won't want to go back, because for me, it's all about Service.
