Hold on there!  Not all price ranges of Greeley Colorado homes is it a buyers market.   If you want to get into a starter home with 3 bedrooms under $120,000 there isn't all that much to look at.  Especially if you skip the  short sales that won't close for 6 months if at all.   You will have a choice of maybe 10 homes that qualify for an FHA loan. 

No if you want a home in the $300,000 price range and above.  Take your time, relax, there's plenty to choose from and you don't really have to worry about competing with any other buyers at the same time.  So yes and no is it a buyers market for homes in Greeley and Evans.
