Price per square foot and average price indicators both up from previous quarter. Market times seem shorter but in fact were statistically lowered by several new listings, and I believe will be more in line with the 135+ range, soon.

The real estate market regionally is slow, not as bad as other areas of the country, primarily because our employment is steady.  But, even in Forest Lakes where the list to sale prices tend to remain around -4% compared to within 10 miles is as high as -12%, we are seeing increased market times and sluggish movement.
