I spent all of last weekend showing property to three different clients out at Lake Monticello, and I'm telling you, The Lake is the new 'Land of Opportunity'!

There are 139 homes for sale, ranging from $129,000 to $998,900, with an average market time of 150 days. The average sales price is $261,057 with a price per square fot of $133.36

And properties are starting to move.  I just put one under contract, and I see already this year 7  have sold, with prices between $100,000 and $428,000

There is fresh new blood moving in, and right now, many of them are getting in with:

1.  Lower prices

2.  Low interest rates (right now hovering below 5.5%)
