This month we are seeing an uptick in investor confidence in the Atlanta commercial real estate market.

Recent surveys show that apartments lead the way in transaction volume and future purchase targets for atlanta real estate investors at 55%.

Retail is at 32%,undeveloped land at 29%,hotel and mixed use at 26%,and office and industrial at 24%.
