As reported by the Multiple Listing Service, MRIS, for August 2010, the Frederick Maryland Home Prices have increased from August 2009. The average price in August 2010 was $272,942 compaired to $265,310 in August 2009, 2.9% increase.

During the same period the number of units sold decreased -15.1%, 208 vs 245 units, and the inventory of available homes increased to 1,704 from 1,627 units.
