As a new agent in the PMZ Real Estate family, today I experienced why PMZ is number 1 in the Central Valley.  The company treated all the agents to a free one day training seminar on FORECLOSURE ALTERNATIVES.  Training like this usually costs $100 or more to attend, I know I’ve paid for plenty of them! There had to be 300 to 400 agents there, all I can say is “What a Company!” (in the style of Yakov Smirnoff’s famous line, “What a Country!”).

We learned about mortgage backed securities, delegated and non delegated authority, pooled mortgage insurance and why these factors are key to understand when negotiating with a loss mitigator.  We left the training with the FACS certification (Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant) and I think we all left better equipped to serve our clients.
