Langley, White Rock and Surrey Realtor - Housing Prices On The Rise?

According to our local Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, sales for the month of February 2009 compared to January 2009, there has actually been a small positive increase (0.20%- 0.80%) of the median price.  Can this be the start of a new trend for sellers?  Have buyers lost that small door of opportunity to purchase property at a great price? 

Buyers, if you are still on the fence, here is actual proof that your days are numbered if you are looking for that great deal.
