Actually, recent statistics show that the majority of consumers would rather work with a smaller, boutique style brokerage over a big national franchise. Consumers are not overly concerned with the size of the firm. You see, the number of agents in an office, the bigger the brokerage office building...doesn't really matter when it comes to selling "your home".
