Take the Scottsdale Trolleys to a spring training game at Scottsdale Stadium

Beginning Thursday, February 26 through Wednesday, April 1, 2009, the City of Scottsdale’s free trolley will serve Scottsdale Stadium during the San Francisco Giants spring training games. The service is an extension of the Downtown Trolley, which runs every ten minutes.

Service on the extended route begins an hour and half before the start of each game and ends thirty minutes after each game.

There are several free public parking areas along the Downtown Trolley route or within a short walking distance including City Hall, the 1^st Street and Brown parking garage and Scottsdale Fashion Square.

The free Neighborhood Trolley, which runs every twenty minutes, also connects with Scottsdale Stadium and stops at the Loloma Transit Center and the Second Street parking garage.

As a reminder, bicycles and bicycle taxis are temporarily prohibited from Drinkwater Boulevard between Osborn Road and 2nd Street during spring training games for safety precautions and to ensure efficient traffic flow. Alternate routes include Brown and Miller Roads on either side of this one-quarter-mile section of Drinkwater Boulevard. Bicyclists are welcome to walk their bicycles through the restricted area.
