If you own even a single rental property in the Pekin Real Estate market. You need to be aware that starting in 2011, you must track all vendors doing at least $600 worth of work for you. Federal law now requires you to send a 1009 form to each vendor.

The IRS will has implemented compliance and penalties for late filing or failure to file.

I hihgly recommend you contact your tax preparer or accountant immediately to go over this new law so you can make sure you are treacking correctlt to be in compliance.
