New ADA laws (Amercians with Disabilities Act) will be going into affect starting in March of 2012. It is best to plan now with commercial properties you own or are building in the Atlanta commercial real estate market.

The penalties for being out of compliance can run into the tens of thousands into the hundreds of thousands based on number and frequency of infractions
