When I relocated down to Charlottesville from New Hampshire, I was looking for a web site that offered:

* The current weather--'cause I wanted to compare and dream about a move to a warmer climate!

* Pictures--it's true that a picture tells a story, and I really wanted to see the area in detail

* Videos--there were none...would've been nice to see videos of neighborhoods or local sites

* Links to local resources--like schools, employers, local media, etc.

* And of course, access to the best property search engines.

Well, back then, there wasn't a one-stop web site that met all of my requirements.

I used multiple sites and spent far too much time bouncing back and forth, surfing and searching.

But, I'm glad to say there is now an all inclusive site that covers all of these areas and is a real boon to anyone trying to engineer a move to Charlottesville!

Check it out! GoTo: Relocate To Charlottesville

The site is easy to use, easy to navigate, and offers:

* Pictures

* Neighborhood videos

* Links to useful resources

* Multiple property search engines, and, best of all

* Allows you to enroll in an automatic listing notifying system--you enter your house parameters and VOILA ! it sends via e-mail all properties that match your criteria the moment they come onto the market!  AWESOME!

Again, check it out at: Relocate To Charlottesville
