Property on the report starts at 30,000 for a lot of empty real estate, however the lowest priced home on it is 87,000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse condo. The most expensive power of sale home is $380,000 for a 3 bedroom 3+1 bathroom 2 storey detached home.

A mid ranged property of interest would be a 3 bedroom 1+1 bathroom 2 storey semi-detached house for 170,000.
