After working most of the day today, I sat down to watch a little golf. Tiger is one behind at Bay Hill going into the last three holes. A phone call comes in and it is back to work. Verbal offer and off we go again.

I feel like being in the Real Estate business is like the Circus- you have to love it. It's hard even in the best of times in the TriCities Market. We never had a "BOOM" ! So it has always been tough!! Prices are low compaired to many areas of the country. Seller's are picing their property fairly and buyer's have the lowest interest rates in three plus decades. It is a wonderful combination. We are going to have a good real estate market in the TriCities this year.
