Langley BC Real Estate - Is Now The Time To Buy in BC, Canada?

I have found a great clip from a well recognized man in the real estate industry that offers his valued opinion and facts of what is happening in the real estate markets in BC.  Remember that although he talks about new construction sites, these sales also set the prices for resale residential properties.  If there are new construction condos selling for $300,000 and there are 2-5 year old similar condos selling for the same price, what would you prefer?
