Langley BC Real Estate - Townhouse Sales Rock the Charts 

Are you picturing a slow moving market???  The Spring market is here and the sun hasn't even come out yet shining... we just had another light snowing yesterday!

Langley has had an outstanding month for March 2009.  A 175% increase in sales compared to the previous month, February 2009.  February 2009 had only 16 sales and to see a dramatic increase of 44 sales for March 2009 is phenominal.

Boy am I happy to see that buyers have the confidance to take advantage of great interest rates and lower prices on some great selections of properties out there.
