The Triad North Carolina Real Estate market continues to suffer althought some real estate agents in the Triad North Carolina market continue to as busy as ever. In fact, if a real estate agent has proper systems and marketing setup in their business they will continue to close transactions regardless of the economy or the market. As of the 1st of this month I have closed more transactions this year than in the previous 3 years which were all very good real estate markets here in the Triad.

Their continues to be alot of very good buys available in the market for buyers wanting to purcahse in the median price ranges.
