The Hutchinson Kansas Real Estate Market continues to suffer although some real estate agents in the Hutchinson Kansas market continue to be as busy as ever. In fact, if a real esatte agetn has proper systems and marketing set up in their business they will continue to close transactions regardless of the economy or the market.  As of the 1st of this month I have closed more transactions this year than in the previous 3 years which were all very good real estate markets here in Hutchinson.

There continues to be a lot of very good buys available in the market for buyers wanting to purchase in the median price ranges.
