To find a list of upcoming foreclosure sales in Naples Florida you have to visit the Clerk of Courts website at http://www.collierclerk.com/RecordsSearch/Foreclosures

Click on "Accept" at the bottom of the page.

You are given 2 options. Foreclosure Judgements is a list of upcoming sales at the courthouse. Property monthly sales is a record of all sales in the past.

Click on Foreclosure Judgements.

You will see a list of numbers that look like this - 12/18 112007CA0014730001XX

The first 4 numbers is the scheduled date of sale. In the example above it is 12/18 meaning December 18th.

The next set of numbers is the case number. The first part is the date it was filed in our example it is 11/2007.

After the CA is the next sequential number of the case at the time it was filed.
