When shopping for your first  home here is what you can expect when using The Horton Team:   We feel the best way to narrow your home search is by coming into our office, sitting down together and listening to what you are looking for and what is important to you in a home.  Once we discuss your wants and needs we start our search on the computer.  We will set you up with price, bedrooms, bathrooms etc on our MLS agent site so that you have access to all information such as taxes, room sizes, pictures, all information you are looking for.  Also, we can show you some homes that are not currently on the market, but could be.  We will have you look at all the homes that meet your search criteria, write down all the MLS #'s and print all the data sheets for the homes that you have interest in.  We will then set appointments to see the homes.  When we get to the homes we would like for you to tell us what you like, dislike so that we may easily help you with your home search.  After viewing homes together, that will give us a better idea of what you are looking for in your first home.  If you hate the home, let us know and say next.  We are working for you and on your side.  You won't hurt our feelings in any way if you do not like a home.  If you love a home, let us know that too.  When you are excited, we are excited.  We will walk you through the entire home buying process.
