The Chesapeake Virginia Real Estate Market continues to suffer, however transactions continue to occur.  Some agents are as busy as ever.  In fact, if a real estate agent has proper systems and marketing set up in their business, they will continue to close transactions regardess of the economy or the market.  As of the first of the month, I have had more contracts ratified this year than in the previous 3 years - which were all good years for real estate here in Chesapeake VA.

There continues to be a lot of good buys available in the market for buyers wanting to purchase in the median price ranges.  For those looking to move up further, there are incredible deals!
