Highlights include:   Toll Brothers reported higher orders than many analysts expected in its fiscal second quarter.  Improving stock market, combined with increasing availability of mortgages for large homes, was luring wealthy buyers into market.  Orders for new homes doubled from the previous quarter.  The number of security deposits buyers were putting down had increased in seven of the past nine weeks compared with a year ago. Toll was successful in the sale of $400 million in debt, one of the first of several debt sales by large home builders in recent months, signaling that the capital markets have opened for the housing sector.
