You never know when you might find that perfect home. Be prepared.

Most home buyers start to look for a home on the internet. Once they have viewed a wide variety of homes either
online, at open houses or by just driving through the neighborhood. I they find the perfect home they are not prepared unless they received the following two tip! 

Tip 1. Select a REALTOR as your Buyer's Agent.

First, the Agent is paid from the Sellers funds. Second you will have a single point of contact to help you find and visit homes of interest. You will benefit from the agents experience and knowledge of the market. Your Agent will have the tools to research the selected home and neighborhood. And your Agent will have a network of Loan Officers, Inspectors, Title companies, contractors that you might select. And your Agent will help you create and submit your offer.

Tip 2. Select a Loan Officer and get pre-approved for a home loan.

For Frederick Maryland Real Estate, you will need a letter from a loan officer to submit an offer and to get an owner to consider your offer. With the loan officer selected and having the pre-approval done you are ready to actually buy a home. As well as, work with your REALTOR to find, visit homes, research and to prepare and to submit an offer.
