Small acreages in the Weld County Real Estate market is an interesting topic.  In this time of lower property values and foreclosures small acreages haven't lost value as fast as homes in larger towns and subdivision.  In Weld County you have a large mix of types of properties that fall under the small acreage properties category.  You have the 1 acre lots in places like Greeley and Windsor.  You have the 4 acre lots with homes in the small subdivisions that lay outside Greeley Colorado and Windsor City Limits.  You have the older small farm house on a dirt Weld County road on 3 acres.  You have the the large 4000 sqft home on 5 acres with a huge garage for toys.
