During June 2009 in the Greeley Colorado real estate market place which consists of zipcodes 80631, 80634, and Evans 80620 there were 138 single family and attached dwellings sold. 

The average price of these 138 sales was $136,737 with an average of 101 days on the market.  The lowest priced sale was $22,500 and the highest was $355,000.

Of these 138 sold were 42 sales were foreclosure sales.  Which accounts for 30% of the sales. 

Compare June 2009 with May of 2009 where we say 139 sales with an average sales price of 134,608 and an average time of the market of 108 days.  In May 63 of those 139 sales were foreclosure sales for a percentage of 45% of all sales were foreclosure sales. 

In June of 2008 we had sales of 147 homes with an average price of $154,217 and an average time on market of 92.  That month of 2008 62 of the 147 homes sold were foreclosure homes for a percentage of 42% of all sales. 

So while foreclosure sales appear to have slid between June and May 2009 the total amount of sales seems to have stayed about the same.  The average price has inched up and the days on the market has inched down. 

Currently there are 726 homes on the market in the Greeley Colorado Market Place.  Of those 726 on the market 50 of them are foreclosure listings.
