This last week 12 new Greeley Colorado foreclosure listings have come on the market.  They are priced from $16,500 to $489,900.   I had been in the $489,900 home a few years ago before the previous owner bought it.  Back then it was the perfect 1970s style mansion.  The arcitecture, the interior design down to the way the stairs were designed.  I'm not sure what it is like now.  Maybe better, maybe worse.   As for the rest of the newly listed Greeley Foreclosure homes for sale I wouldn't call any of them a great deal.  The homes priced fairly low need some work.  I wouldn't call the $489,900 listing a great deal either.
