This week only 4 new foreclosure listings came onto the market in the Greeley Colorado Real Estate area. 

The lowest priced one is priced at $144,500 and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  It is located at.  3811 W 11st St, Greeley.  This is in the Bittersweet North Subdivision.  It's somewhat of a small home for the location. 

The highest priced newly listed foreclosure in Greeley is located at 2201 Talon Pkway, Greeley.  This is in west Greeley right off of 20th St.  This home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and includes a finished basement.  I suspect this home has barely even been lived in.  There are quite a few foreclosures in this neighborhood as a builder was building and attempting to sell at the crazy price of over $400,000.  This are nice homes just not $400,000 nice.

It seems there aren't many new foreclosure listings recently.  I suspect this will change in a couple of weeks.  For the last several months only 30 or so foreclosure properties have sold at the county trustee's auction.   This week there were 53 properties at auction.  So we can expect to see those hitting the market in 3 or 4 weeks.
