This last week in the Greeley Colorado Real Estate Market 13 newly listed foreclosure or bank owned homes came on the market.   This was almost twice the amount of foreclosures of the previous weeks.  You can download this list for free later on in this article.  Or you can bookmark and check back every week and download this list on www.greeleycoloradoforeclosures.com. 

The lowest priced foreclosure listing this week is a 676 sqft home at  612 16th Ave. Greeley.  it says it has a finished basement for a total of 1352 sqft, but only lists 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  You sometimes never know about these houses until visiting them. 

The highest priced home is listed for $207,500.  It is located at 6131 W16th St.  Greeley, CO 80634.  It features 3136 total sqft including the basement.  The MLS sheet says it has a finished basement, but yet only lists 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom.  If it isn't finshed then this isn't to good of a foreclosure deal.  If it is finished then it is a good price.

Are there any steals or great buys this week in the new Greeley Colorado foreclosure listings?  Steals? No there are not.  Good deals.  Maybe.  There is one home at 2711 Marina that is new on the market.  I went to see this one with a client.  It is listed for $125,000.  The listing says there is mold in the basement and the seller is addressing this.  Yes indeed there is mold.  The basement walls need to be torn out on one side.  But the big problem is that the silly former owners cemented one side of the lot and the cement is sloping toward the house.  Water runs off the neighboring lot onto this cement.  Then it goes around the corner of the house into a window well. 

One deal that I find interesting though I haven't seen the house is at 1714 14th St. Rd.  Greeley.  It is a 1820 sqft home with no basement with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  It's listed at $122,900.  Possibly a good deal.
