#4  Use a property management company that has a great reputation with customer satisfaction. The best thing you can do when using a property management team is to research the company and find out how satisfied their customers are with them. Using property management to handle your tenants is a great way to save yourself time and energy, but it can also backfire if you get a company that is not fully dedicated to customer satisfaction.
