The Langley BC Real Estate Market continues to suffer although some real estate agents in the Langley BC Market continue to be as busy as ever.  In fact, if a real estate agent has proper systems and marketing set up in their business they will continue to close transactions regardless of the economy or the market.  As of the first of this month, I have closed more transactions this year than in the previous three years which were all very good markets here in Langley.

There continues to be a lot of very good buys available in the market for buyers wanting to purchase in the median price ranges.
