This last week 16 new foreclosure homes have entered into the Greeley Colorado Real Estate Market.  That's been quite a few more then we have had come on the market in the last few months. 

The lowest priced one is $29,900.  It is located at 319 N 9th Ave.  It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with 676 sqft. 

 The one I think that is the best value for what it is and the location is at 6335 W 13th St. Rd Greeley, CO 80634.  It is listed for $168,300 is 1576 sqft finished with a 1576 sqft unfinished basement.  2 car garage.  The listing says it needs some TLC. 

The most expensive is listed at $302,000.  It is located at 242 N 53rd Ave Pl, Greeley, 80634.  It features $4026 sqft finished including 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  It is a 2 story.  But just a 2 car garage.  This property while in the nice Kelly Farms neighborhood seems somewhat overpriced.  But then that might be just me.
