Forest Lakes Properties

Well, since the last time I wrote about market conditions in Forest Lakes, Charlottesville, Virginia, about half the inventory has sold!

There are currently 25 detached homes on the market (down from over 40) ranging in price from $254,900 to $549,000. Average market times of 97 days (down from over 100).  Price per square foot is up, too, to over $163/sq ft.

There are 11 attached townhomes for sale ranging in price from $217,900 to $339,500. Average days on market is 149.
