Victorville CA Real Estate, Tax Credit, ExtendedExtending the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit has been a top priority throughout the real estate and home building industry.  The House of Representatives has passed a bill extending the $8,000 tax credit into next year for military personnel, and many government workers who have been or are working out of the country.  With the passage of this bill there is now hope of an extension for regular first time home buyers.  The First Time Home Buyer’s Tax Credit has been given substantial credit for helping improve the real estate market across the country along with low prices and interest rates on real estate loans.

There is a remarkable push under way to extend the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit because the real estate market in many areas is not viewed as stable.  The industry view is that the market will continue to improve with passage of an extension and if the credit is opened up to all home buyers then a substantial boom is anticipated.
