Real estate short sales are starting to flow

Real estate short sales are going to be around for quite awhile with so many homeowners upside down in their real estate loans.   Over the past year short sale have been one of the most trying types of real estate transactions to participate in both for buyers/sellers and real estate agents.  The federal government has been working at trying to break the backlog and logjams created by the banks and finally it appears that things might be starting to ease…somewhat.  With a new Treasury plan in the works geared at further enticing banks to work with short sales it is expected that more bank employees will be working on them with quicker response times expected…let hope!
