I have made a change in my life.  What change is that?  Since February 2006 I have owned and operated my own company Y and M Real Estate.  But today I joined Remax Alliance in Greeley.  Why would I do that?  I have had the greatest success of my real estate career while owning my own company.  What could Remax offer me that I couldn't do on my own or offer my clients with out a big red white and blue ballon. 

Well for one thing buyers for my listings.  Did you know that Remax Alliance has represented more buyers in the Greeley Colorado area then any other real estate company for the past few months?   Did you know that when if you search on any of the major internet search engines for real estate or homes in nearly any town in northern Colorado Remax's website is one of the first results you will get?  Have a look at www.homesincolorado.com.  or www.remax.com.  I do fairly well on my own with my personal real estate websites on search engine results, but I can't match them.  However I'm still ahead on internet search results for Greeley Foreclosures and farm and ranch properties.  Check out www.greeleycoloradoforeclosures.com and www.northerncoloradofarmandranch.com.

After looking around I don't feel there is any better company for marketing real estate in Northern Colorado then Remax.  Also they have a fantastic name brand.   People always know their Balloon.  Here's a quick fact.  Did you know Remax was founded here in Colorado?

So I will admit I have lost a little independance not being with Remax, but I think it will be a great change.  I noticed over the last 3 years that the state of Colorado and the Realtor association kind of ignored the little guys like I was with regard to information about all the new laws and regulations enacted seemingly on a daily basis.  With Remax they will keep me informed off all the new changes in the real estate industry.
