The home buyer credit has now been extended for first time buyers and now even folks who want to maybe move into a different home, be it larger or smaller.  This tax credit I believe has helped the real estate market in the Greeley Colorado market.  Quite a few people are taking advantage of it.  I normally have issues with this kind of program, but I feel this is basically a tax cut in disguise.  I think tax cuts in the future are not going to exist so this is a good one.
