People are asking me all the time what the market is like in Greeley Colorado.  Is it up?  Is it down?  Is it beginning to stabilize?  Are there still lots of foreclosures?

So you can see there currently are more short sale listings right now in Greeley Colorado then even foreclosures.  But short sales don't always go through and it usually takes a couple months or more to be able to buy a short sale listing.

What kind of properties are actually selling in Greeley Colorado?  We'll just take the last 6 months to see.  

486 fair market or retail homes have sold in the last 6 months.  70 short sale listings have sold, and 249 foreclosure or HUD homes have sold.  

So while there are more short sale homes on the market currently not to many of them actually sell compared to foreclosures and retail listings.
