Sometimes I am simply amazed at how affordable housing has become in Kalamazoo and Portage, MI.

All over SW Michigan there are some wonderful homes for sale that are just fantastic bargains!  Now with mortgage rates around 5%, has there EVER been a better time to buy a house?
